WDI Termite Online Order Form

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it.  One of our WDI inspectors will call the contact person you have provided and set an appointment for the inspection. Payment is due at the time of the inspection via cash or check.  Alternatively you can prepay online with a credit card. If you are a lender, bank, mortgage company, or attorney you also have the option to have us bill you so you can pay out of closing. After the inspection the inspector will leave the completed NPMA-33 report along with a paid receipt or we can email them to  you.

Pricing:

$160 for a single family house, attached house, townhouse, apartment/condo, and up to 4-unit apartment buildings. For 5-unit or larger apartment buildings, commercial, or industrial buildings please call 1-800-540-1400 for a quote.
