Many times a lender (bank, mortgage company, VA loans, and some FHA/HUD loans) will require a WDI inspection as part of the real estate transaction process. If you are in need of a WDI inspection for a real estate transaction, Certified is the company to call. The WDI (Wood Destroying Insect Inspection) is also referred to as a Termite or Pest inspection. After we have completed the inspection we will issue you the WDI report on the NPMA-33 WDI form which is the industry standard.

We limit our business to inspecting, so when one of our inspectors finds a problem he can advise you without any possible conflict or hidden agenda.

Our inspectors are experienced. We have been doing WDI inspections in the greater Chicagoland area since 1987.
